Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times: Most items ship from our US warehouses and arrive within 2-6 business days. Select items ship from our international fulfillment centers and arrive within 8-14 business days. The expected delivery window for each product is shown on its product page.

Order tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
